1 Click on your name in top right corner
2 Select Order History and Details
3 Select “Details” in order you wish to return
4 Select the item you wish to return
5 Provide a written explanation of why you are returning the item in the Merchandise Return section
6 Be sure to let us know if you would like a Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund
7 Click Make an RMA Slip button
A Ha Toa Representative should respond with-in five (5) business days notifying you to ship item back

What happens after my item is received at Ha Toa?
After item is received it will under go inspection by a qualified Ha Toa Employee. Upon inspection, if criteria of a return item is met. A credit voucher or refund of product cost will be issued.
Can my Return be Denied after Ha Toa receives it?
Why would my Return be denied?
Ha Toa's Return Department has established criteria for inspecting returned items. Used or Damaged items due to mishandling or malicious care for example will not be accepted.
What happens when my item is denied for return?
If the item/items does not meet criteria for a return, You will be notified via email that your return has been denied. We will ship the denied item/items back to you at your request for $6.00 USD for domestic orders. International cost apply for international returns. to cover shipping cost.
What Happens when my Return is approved?
When Ha Toa's Return Department approves your return. You will be notified by email and we will begin the return exchange process.
- For Exchanges, the replacement item/items will be will shipped to you within 2 weeks of approved return at no cost to you. Unless item/items have been returned more then once.
- For Credit Vouchers, a voucher code will be emailed to you to enter for your next order with Ha Toa.
- For Refunds, a 20% restocking fee will be issued. Ha Toa will only refund the Retail price of item/items. Shipping and handling cost will not be returned.
